We have managed to get some flying in, during the period of hard frost, but unfortunately, we are back to rain, rain and rain again. However, we can now enjoy our non-flying even more as we have just acquired a Falke motor glider! We are also looking for a Junior to enhance our fleet – can anyone help? We are currently in the process of interviewing candidates (mainly from local schools) to form a squad of 5 cadets. The scheme, which has operated for the past 4 years, offers the cadets the opportunity to fly at no cost to themselves for a year, with the aim of introducing more young people to the sport.
