The fuselage is brought out of the trailer. (Note that the underdressed Ray Charles impressionist is surplus to requirements at the moment!).

A Wing is brought out. (Ray has obviously been distracted, perhaps by the sound of a lady member going topless!).

And inserted into the fuselage, supported by a trestle. (Ray appears to be preoccupied! - 'I just called to say I rigged you'? - Catchy!!).

The other wing is extracted from the trailer.

And inserted into the fuselage. (Ray is now having a tea break, thinking about his next world tour!).

The wings are secured inside the fuselage using two large steel pins.

The tailplane is brought out.(Ray moves off to help with another glider!).

And attached to the fin.

The tailplane is bolted down and the control connections are now made through a small rectangular opening in the top of the fuselage.

Other gliders are rigged in a broadly similar fashion.
